This stunning Celtic wedding ring is inspired by the exquisite detail to be found on the Ardagh Chalice. In particular, the intricate Celtic knotwork decorating the outside of the chalice. Created in the 8th Century, The Ardagh Chalice is Ireland’s most prized artifact and is held in the National Museum of Ireland.

The Chalice is widely recognized as the most important piece of Celtic art found in Ireland and is the centerpiece of the national collection. A girdle of ten filigree panels of animal design, interlacing and shield decoration surrounds the neck of the chalice. Handcrafted in 10k or 14k yellow or white gold and hallmarked at the Irish Assay Office in Dublin Castle.

The ring features a center Celtic knotwork decoration flanked by polished rims in white or yellow gold.
